The MNP-80D single crystal silicon pressure transmitter is a high-precision pressure measurement device developed based on the material properties of single crystal silicon and micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) technology. Its core advantage lies in the use of single crystal silicon sensors as sensitive elements. Single crystal silicon has excellent mechanical properties and temperature stability. It can accurately sense pressure changes and convert them into electrical signals. After amplification, compensation and other processing, it outputs standard signals to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the pressure of liquids, gases or steam and other media.
Compared with traditional metal sensors, single crystal silicon pressure transmitters have high measurement accuracy (usually up to 0.075 level and above), good long-term stability, small temperature drift, fast response speed, etc., can maintain reliable performance under complex working conditions, and meet the stringent requirements of high-end industrial scenarios for pressure measurement.
